★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia fraquissima, poucos aparelhos sendo que sao 4 blocos! é uma das piores academias da Peninsula. Administração nao responde reclamacao e demora a resolver problemas e notificar condominos. Muitos problemas com excesso de barulho, festas, moradores sequer respeitam os seguranças! Areas comuns com paredes descascando, papel caindo, salas comuns com problemas em tomadas e acessorios, enfim, nao vale a pena, padrão baixo.
 Facility gym, few devices being that there are 4 blocks! it's one of the worst gyms on the Peninsula. Administration does not respond to complaints and takes time to resolve problems and notify condominiums. Many problems with excessive noise, parties, residents don't even respect the security guards! Common areas with peeling walls, paper falling off, common rooms with problems with outlets and accessories, well, it's not worth it, low standard.
