★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito apos a reforma. O problema ainda continua sendo o atendimento na hora do "pico". Local pra estacionar, variedade de passes, droga, doces e bolos. Bom café da manhã .
 I really liked it after the renovation. The problem still remains the service at the "peak" hour. Parking, variety of passes, drugs, sweets and cakes. Have a nice breakfast .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na unidade da Alecrins (Campinas) no sábado 12/02/2022 em torno de 9:30h/10h para tomar o café da manhã. O atendimento foi péssimo. Poucos funcionários e todos pareciam "perdidos". Fiquei extremamente decepcionada. Tive que praticamente implorar pra receber os meus pedidos. Não volto mais.
I was at the Alecrins unit (Campinas) on Saturday 02/12/2022 around 9:30 am/10 am to have breakfast. The service was terrible. Few employees and everyone looked "lost". I was extremely disappointed. I had to practically beg to get my orders. I won't be back.

Fui com uma amiga numa quarta-feira, início de noite (aproximadamente 18h30) e fomos no piso superior, onde tem mesas maiores (seríamos em 4 pessoas), mas apesar de chamar no controle 3 vezes (inclusive, ouvimos o barulho do chamado), não apareceu ninguém pra nos atender, então fomos embora. O cardápio tem poucas opções e com preço alto "preço Cambuí*, mas não sei quanto ao sabor, pois não fui atendida.
I was not served. I went with a friend on a Wednesday, early evening (approximately 6:30 pm) and we went to the upper floor, where there are larger tables (we would be in 4 people), but despite calling the control 3 times (we even heard the noise of the call) , no one showed up to answer us, so we left. The menu has few options and with a high price " Cambuí price *, but I don't know about the flavor, because I was not served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradável, com bom estacionamento próprio, várias mesinhas na parte térrea inclusive mesas em uma área pet friendly (disputadíssimas) e com um andar superior com várias mesas onde fica o buffet de almoço e sopas a noite. Fomos muito bem atendidos e tomamos um bom café da manhã. Bacana terem a opção de café com leite sem lactose. Os preços não são baixos, mas compatíveis com a região.
Uma sugestão: No cardápio tem a opção de “Café da manhã completo” mas ela não vem com a Xícara de café. Poderiam incluir, para ficar completo.

Pleasant place, with good parking, several tables on the ground floor, including tables in a pet friendly area (very popular) and an upper floor with several tables where the buffet lunch and soup are located at night. We were very well attended and had a good breakfast. Nice to have the option of coffee with milk without lactose. Prices are not low, but compatible with the region.
A suggestion: The menu has the option of “Full breakfast” but it doesn't come with the cup of coffee. Could include, for completeness.
