★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira compra, recebi conforme descrito no site, mas, tive alguns contratempos.. Primeiro no site dizia que tinha frete grátis e fui cobrado, segundo, deveria receber meu produto em 2 dias mais ou menos, recebi com mais de 15 dias de atraso, terceiro, nem mesmo a loja sabia o que estava acontecendo e nem a transportadora, que nem localizava minha mercadoria…. Primeira impressão muito negativa!!!!
My first purchase, I received it as described on the website, but I had some setbacks.. First on the website it said that it had free shipping and I was charged, second, I should receive my product in 2 days more or less, I received it more than 15 days late , third, not even the store knew what was happening and neither did the carrier, who could not even locate my merchandise…. Very negative first impression!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A resina chegou super rápido, isso que comprei com o frete mais em conta, a qualidade da resina por enquanto está muito boa, estou gostando, é minha primeira impressora de resina, então ainda estou testando as configurações, mas a princípio as peças estão saindo com uma qualidade muito boa.

Quanto ao produto ( resina para impressão ): a cor descrita diz cinza escuro, mas para ser cinza escuro teria de clarear um pouco a mesma pois é praticamente preta, fora isso, o produto é mto bom !!
As for the fulfillment: Order arrived quickly, well packaged and without problems.
As for the product (resin for printing): the color described says dark gray, but to be dark gray it would have to lighten it a little because it is practically black, other than that, the product is very good!!

A 3D Fila tem um atendimento excelente, agilidade na expedição, cores lindas e vibrantes que os demais concorrentes não tem, preço, qualidade e transparência. O pessoal de vendas sempre me atendeu super bem, principalmente o vendedor Carlos. Tudo que eu preciso ele me atende com extrema agilidade e rapidez. Recomendo fortemente pois nunca tive problemas. E anexa algumas fotos de um dos produtos produzidos e patenteados com os filamentos da 3D Fila.
