 More than 30 min on the line to be answered and even then I was not answered, the site is down and having a ticket to pay and when you need to call they don't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total, nunca vi uma empresa com tanto descaso com os clientes, tanto ligando la, como por email, cansei de ligar para mandarem fatura atrasada, pois no site estava desatualizado, e nunca mandarão, meu rastreador ficou 3 meses sem funcionar e nada, quando solicitei o cancelamento em novembro, me enrolaram ate fevereiro para virem tirar os rastreadores, e agora a mesma funcionaria que me enrolou 4 meses, esta mandando email para pagamento de algo que nem tenho mais, NUNCA recomendaria para ninguém, incompetência total
Neglect total, never seen a company with such disregard for customers both calling it, such as email, tired to call send overdue invoice, because the site was outdated, and never will send my tracker was 3 months without work and nothing, when I requested the cancellation in November, I curled up in February to come take trackers, and now the same work that I rolled four months, sending this email to pay something or have more, NEVER recommend to anyone, total incompetence
