8 anos da aquisição, 4 da entrega da chave e até agora não consegui entrar, estou pagando pelo reajuste do imovel por conta mais de 2 anos de atraso na entrega (além dos 2 anos do contrato).
Estou na justiça a 4 anos para recuperar o prejuizo!!!
CUIDADO, NÃO COMETAM O MESMO ERRO QUE EU COMETI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de um apartamento no condomínio viva vista solar onde foi a maior decepção da minha vida construção e projeto de péssima qualidade quando e realizado o chamado para reparar os defeitos eles sempre relata que esta tudo certo e o que e pior eles praticam juros abusivos a parcela que iniciou em R$ 1,960 em menos de um ano já esta em R$ 2,330, demora na entrega levam 7 meses para entregar o apartamento sendo que quando comprei era pronta entrega ,após a entrega tive vários problemas tais como a CPFL não queria ligar a energia por problemas da construtora que não havia cadastrado o apartamento no empreendimento e o que e pior quando chove entra água no apartamento devido projeto deles. Não recomendo a ninguém, só dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos! Comprei um imóvel com eles, solicitei a planta baixa mais de 3x, não me encaminharam, falam que vão retornar e nada. Já está tudo no meu nome, já paguei a primeira parcela, já está registrado, o banco já fez a transferência, mas eles alegam que só podem entregar a chave depois que constar o pagamento para eles. Até onde eu sei, ted demora cerca de 2 dias úteis no máximo para cair. Não vejo o pq de não liberarem a planta baixa pra mim. Vocês tem um péssimo atendimento, péssimo profissionalismo. Eu jamais indicarei qualquer empreendimento de vocês para alguém. Nota 0!
Bad! I bought a property with them, I asked for the floor plan more than 3x, they didn't send me, they say they will return and nothing. It's all in my name, I've already paid the first installment, it's already registered, the bank has already made the transfer, but they claim they can only deliver the key after the payment is made to them. As far as I know, ted takes about 2 working days at most to drop. I don't see why they don't release the floor plan for me. You have terrible service, terrible professionalism. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, passei por aqui tarde, Sou mais um que foi nos contos do vendedor, e acabei comprando um lote diretamente com a loteadora e estou com uma divida que quanto mais se paga mais aumenta a divida, inacreditável Seu investimento se torna um pesadelo. Péssimo negocio não recomendo para ninguém a não ser que esteja afim de arrumar problemas pra sua vida, Uma pena que Infelizmente a maioria creio que só passa por aqui depois de já ter feito negocio. Por que eu mesmo não teria, se estivesse lido os comentários abaixo antes.

Realizei uma vistoria para aquisição de imovel, depois de um mês feita, não dão retorno, não mandam cópia do documento e não informam quando farão as correções solicitadas. Quando ligamos na empresa, não dão previsão de nada nem dão retorno quanto a possibilidade de entregar a chave. Claramente estão enrolando. Corram dessa empresa, extremamente anti-profissional. (isso é apenas uma parte dos problemas que estou tendo com ela)
