Recepcionista antipática, mal educado, sequer cumprimentou ou respondeu as perguntas feitas, com cara feia pq usamos o álcool gel dela durante atendimento na pandemia. Demais funcionários super chatos, com exceção de um senhor que nos deu atenção. Nota 0 pro cartório.
Worst service in Campina Grande. Unsympathetic receptionist, impolite, didn't even greet or answer the questions asked, with an ugly face because we used her alcohol gel during care in the pandemic. Other super boring employees, with the exception of one man who gave us attention. Note 0 to the notary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a infelicidade de ir até esse local e fui atendido de uma maneira horrível. A atendente não teve profissionalismo, enquanto digitava o documento pedido por mim, ela conversava com outro atendente sobre assuntos particulares não referentes a documentação qua estava sendo feita. Por várias vezes parou de digitar o documento para falar no WhatsApp novamente sobre assuntos particulares. Falava de maneira ríspida como se não quisesse fazer a documentação. Enfim, não sei qual é o tratamento dado aos clientes pelos demais funcionários, mas essa que me atendeu espanta qualquer pessoa. Acho que o senhor Fechine não merece ter uma funcionária dessa na sua empresa, já que ele é uma figura tão querida e faz parte da história da Rainha da Borborema.
I had the misfortune to go there and was met in a horrible way. The attendant was unprofessional, as she typed the document I requested, she talked to another attendant about private matters not concerning the documentation being made. Several times he stopped typing the document to talk in WhatsApp again about private matters. He spoke harshly as if he didn't want to do the documentation. Anyway, I do not know what is the treatment given to customers by other employees, but the one that attended me amazes anyone. I don't think Mr. Fechine deserves to have such an employee in his company, since he is such a dear figure and part of the Queen of Borborema's story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo!!! RECEPCIONISTA que estava no dia 08/01/2021 durante a tarde (por volta das 15h ou 16h) extremamente mal educada... Conselho para o proprietário do cartório, TROQUE O MAIS RÁPIDO POSSÍVEL SUA RECEPCIONISTA OU VAI PERDER MAIS CLIENTES. Ela não tem vontade de trabalhar, pessoas que tratam o cliente mal não querem trabalhar. Melhorem ou vão perder mais clientes!

Advice for the owner of the registry, CHANGE YOUR RECEPTIONIST ASAP AS YOU WILL LOSE MORE CLIENTS. She has no desire to work, people who treat the customer badly do not want to work. Improve or lose more customers!
