★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui representar um b.o já agendado .Cheguei já fui atendida de forma estúpida por uma policial..q me indicou o cartório..subi até o local..veio outra muito grossa e estúpida.."o que vc quer?!"..na força do odio..fui até o local informado .aí veio uma jovem super educada e solicita..ela passou o caso para uma senhora q não se identificou..q inclusive estava sem máscara..e ao ver meu pedido de representação...no começo já senti q ela não queria fazer tudo rebatia...aí começou a ser grosseira e gritar comigo.. ABSURDO!! UMA SENHORA AMARGA..SEM EDUCAÇÃO E PROFISSIONALISMO..
NAO SOU BANDIDA P SER TRATADA DE TAL FORMA!!

I went to represent a bo already scheduled. When I arrived, I was treated stupidly by a police officer.. who told me to go to the registry office.. I went up to the place.. Another very thick and stupid came.."What do you want?!".. in the force of hatred..I went to the place informed..there came a super polite young woman and asked..she passed the case on to a lady who did not identify herself..who was even without a mask..and when she saw my request for representation. ..in the beginning I already felt that she didn't want to do everything, she would fight back...then she started to be rude and yell at me.. ABSURD!! A BITTER LADY.. WITHOUT EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONALISM..
I'M NOT A BAND TO BE TREATED IN SUCH A WAY!!
TERRIBLE.. everyone has problems...don't take it out on others.. Respect..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no último dia 30 para realizar um BO e destaco o atendimento cordial e respeitoso por parte dos funcionários públicos que lá estavam. Atendimentos extensivo também aos presentes que também aguardavam atendimento, como pude observar. Minha ocorrência foi devidamente acolhida com a empatia esperada de quando a gente recorre a um serviço público, na verdade o que deveria ser a regra. Destaco o funcionário público Darjan pelo respeito e educação no atendimento, esclarecimentos e orientações. Sou otimista quanto as possibilidades de um serviço público que faz e pode fazer diferença na vida dos cidadãos.
