★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se é desmotivação devido à má gestão em que o Estado do RJ se encontra, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Desleixados, nem sequer queriam fazer minha ocorrência, e quando o fizeram, foi de muita má vontade. Como pode atender ao cidadão (já fragilizado por algum problema que o fez recorrer à delegacia), e nem sequer prestar atenção, ficar no whatsapp? Decepcionada.

How can you serve the citizen (already weakened by some problem that made him go to the police station), and not even pay attention, stay on whatsapp? Disappointed.
