Venceu prazo, paguei nova prenotação, mudou o ano e tive que pagar novo valor sobre a correção venal do imóvel. As diversas vezes que procurei o serviço me disseram que eu teria que esperar o funcionario retornar de férias para obter informaçoes.

The term expired, I paid a new fee, changed the year and had to pay a new amount on the venal correction of the property. The several times that I looked for the service told me that I would have to wait for the employee to return from vacation to get information.

Não é como se o cartório não tivesse dinheiro, por que então não investem na melhoria do sistema? Um absurdo. O cartório é do lado da minha casa, mas nunca mais faço nada aqui.
An absurd lack of case with the population of Ribeirão Preto. I have been waiting for over an hour and a half and the system is always down. It's not like the registry office has no money, so why not invest in system improvement? Nonsense. The registry office is next to my house, but I never do anything here again.
