★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei para lavar um blazer da marca Ricardo Almeida que não tinha 30 dias de uso, na primeira lavagem destruíram ele, me entregaram em casa e ficaram quietinhos. Para minha surpresa quando usei o blazer após a lavagem, me deparei com ele Rasgado e infestado de pelos. Um representante da 5àSec, uma semana depois entrou em contato dando uma desculpa esfarrapada e se isentando da responsabilidade. NÃO É UMA EMPRESA SÉRIA. e uma vergonha para franquia 5àSec. NÃO RECOMENDO LAVAR ROUPAS EM UM LUGAR ONDE OS PROPRIETARIOS NÃO TEM CONDIÇÕES E RESPOSABILIDADE DE REEMBOLSO QUANDO ARREMBENTAM COM SUA ROUPA.
I left a Ricardo Almeida brand blazer that hadn't been used for 30 days to wash. The first wash they destroyed it, delivered it to me at home and stayed quiet. To my surprise when I wore the blazer after washing it, I found it torn and infested with fur. A representative from 5àSec, a week later, got in touch with a lame excuse and disclaimed responsibility. IT IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY. and a disgrace to 5àSec franchise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASHING CLOTHING IN A PLACE WHERE THE OWNERS HAVE NO REFUND CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY WHEN THEY TAKE UP WITH YOUR CLOTHING.

Demora para receber as roupas e também na retirada.
Qdo ia pegar minhas roupas parecia nova.
Estes dias levei duas calças compridas qdo cheguei em casa levei de novo para passar e agora vou ter que levar novamente e por causa do tecido, vão ter que lavar para poder passar.

Deixei uma jaqueta de couro que estava com mofo ha mais de 2 meses para passar por um processo de "revitalização", que supostamente resolveria o problema.
E desde então tive que ir pessoalmente lá 4x, sempre informado de que ainda não estava pronta e de que entrariam em contato assim que estivesse. E nunca entravam. E a "1 semana" virou 2. Depois 1 mês,...
E sempre que eu ligava ninguem atendia o bendito telefone.
Até que finalmente eu consegui reaver a minha jaqueta, totalmente estragada.
Parece que na tentativa de acabar com o mofo, acabaram com a jaqueta toda.
Se os proprietários dessa unidade da 5 a sec quiserem me ressarcir pelo valor da jaqueta ou pelo menos pelo valor que eu paguei na tal da revitalização, eu aceito. Só entrar em contato que eu passo o pix.

One of the worst services I've ever seen.
I left a leather jacket that had been moldy for over 2 months to undergo a "revitalization" process, which was supposed to fix the problem.
And since then I had to go there in person 4x, always informed that it wasn't ready yet and that they would get in touch as soon as it was. And they never went in. And "1 week" became 2. After 1 month,...
And whenever I called, no one answered the damn phone.
Until finally I managed to get my jacket back, totally ruined.
It seems that in an attempt to get rid of the mold, they got rid of the entire jacket.
If the owners of this 5th sec unit want to reimburse me for the value of the jacket or at least for the amount I paid for the renovation, I accept. Just get in touch and I'll pass the pix.
