★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minhas amigas fomos muito mal atendidas. Ao invés de um local de acolhimento foi quase como se a policial estivesse justificando o agressor. Nunca me senti tão constrangida, fora que na abertura do b.o não me deixou fazer um relato detalhado e omitiu informações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O processo de fazer um B.O é extremamente exaustivo. Algo que deveria ser tão simples, demora um absurdo. Quem ainda não foi, pode se preparar pra ficar o dia todo lá dentro. Possui um quadro de funcionário baixo, sendo que alguns Funcionários são grosseiros. Quem toma coragem de ir (pois se tratam sempre de casos muito delicados) acaba sendo tratados de forma grosseira, e te deixam esperando o dia todo. Infelizmente pagamos nossos impostos monumentais pra ter uma prestação de serviço extremamente medíocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,já teria visto alguns relatos de mal atendimento nessa delegacia da mulher , dia 24/05 eu fui até lá e senti na pele .primeiro atendimento quando cheguei um chá de banco ,prepotência ,arrogância , sai de lá S/ BO S/ expectativa de buscar meu direito de mulher estou a deriva .sendo que já tenho 3 BO de ameaça psicológica e de morte ,injúria.E em outras delegacias que tinham homem atendendo e fui muito bem atendida ,agora a que atende mulher é tinha mulher atendendo Deus que me livre pra nunca mais na minha vida .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei bem apreensiva mas logo fui acolhida pela escrivã Cris que me levou pra uma sala próximo a entrada como se fosse uma triagem e isso fez toda a diferença porque já desarmei ali os meus medos de ser mal tratada de alguma forma e isso não aconteceu em momento algum.
Observei também o trato com outras vítimas e não presenciei nenhuma falta de respeito ou grosseria.
O processo de fazer BO é desgastante e demorado, mas isso devido aos protocolos a serem seguidos e no meu caso durou cerca de 2 horas e meia.
No geral devemos pensar que apesar de não ser fácil procurar ajuda é necessário dar esse primeiro passo por nós mesmas e por outras mulheres!
