Acho uma falta de respeito, depois de dois dias esperando me mandaram um número fixo p eu ligar. Como fazer pedido por telefone???No meu caso queria apenas saber se trabalhavam com um estilo de mercadoria.Péssimo atendimento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As lojas virtuais deles são as piores no quesito atendimento. Não respondem nunca no whatsapp nem chats, cancelam vendas e demoram uma eternidade pra mandar, isso se mandarem né.
A loja é de um chinês, então não esperem nada. Não deve existir equipe de atendimento. Se eles quiserem te enviar a compra bom pra você, senão não vão te atender nem mandar. Quando a pessoa vende muito e ainda é estrangeira, trata os locais como lixo.
Their virtual stores are the worst in terms of customer service. They never answer on whatsapp or chats, cancel sales and take forever to send, if they do, right.
The store is owned by a Chinese, so don't expect anything. There must not be a service team. If they want to send you the purchase, good for you, otherwise they won't meet or send you. When a person sells a lot and is still a foreigner, he treats places like garbage.
