Um dia antes havia deixado o ajuste com um horário definido, pois era entrega urgente que precisaria fazer e quando cheguei lá 1h depois do combinado não estava pronto, quando fiz uma reclamação pela falta de comprometimento que já não é a primeira vez que acontece, ela respondeu com várias grosserias, dizendo que se eu quisesse mais rápido que fizesse em outro lugar e diversas outras respostas rudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui colocar minha roupa para conserto ja presenciei uma pessoa passando por problemas com a loja, super irritada. Relevei e fiz meus consertos. Na hora de buscar, uma das peças nao estava pronta e as que estavam tive que mostrar meu extrato bancario pra comprovar que ja estava pago, pq eles nao tinham a anotacao. Depois na outra semana quando fui buscar o que ficou faltando novamente me pediram meu extrato pq nao acharam meu oagamento, mas sem internet nao consegui acessar o extrato, e apesar de ja ter pago tive que sair sem a roupa por uma problema que era deles. Voltei com o recibo escrito que estava pago e o extrato comprovando e mesmo assim a funcionaria insistiu em ficar insegura com meu pagamento. Depois reconheceu que estava tudo certo, mas parecia ser um problema de praxe.
