Vc vai pessoalmente aí tem que esperar uns 10 minutos na recepção pq não fica ninguém no balcão pra atender e só atende depois que a pessoa da limpeza vai chamar. O atendente totalmente despreparado não sabe dar uma informação concreta e faz perguntas e fala coisas que nem vem ao caso. Quando liga no telefone precisa chamar umas 15 vezes até atender pra não informar absolutamente nada parece que só fica tomando café e ganhando dinheiro a custa do povo!
Horrible, bad service. You go there in person, you have to wait about 10 minutes at the reception because there is no one at the counter to answer and you only answer after the cleaning person will call. The totally unprepared attendant doesn't know how to give concrete information and asks questions and says things that don't even matter. When he calls on the phone, he has to call about 15 times before answering so he doesn't say anything at all, it seems like he's just drinking coffee and earning money at the expense of the people!
