★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em São Gonçalo ta mais fácil contar com bandidos da área do que com a policia. Eu to há duas semanas esperando resposta sobre BO on line e até agora não obtive. Por telefone nunca dá pra falar e na própria delegacia o que ouvimos é que não podem atender porque o sistema ta fora de área.
In São Gonçalo it is easier to count on criminals from the area than with the police. I have been waiting for a response on BO online for two weeks and so far I have not received it. You can never talk over the phone and at the police station, what we hear is that they cannot answer because the system is out of the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento e fui 2x.A inspetora me atendeu a primeira vez e eu estava sem documentos .Não fui atendida por ela .O rapaz não sabia como proceder e pediu ajuda.Ela ríspida falou que só com documentos. Ok. Voltei num domingo de manhã após fazer um b.o em saquarema do saque da casa .Ela ao me ver começou a berrar dizendo que em pleno domingo tinha gente indo lá para encher o saco. RESUMINDO fui com amigo no outro dia e consegui fazer b.o. obs:Tive 2 casas saqueadas .Em lugares diferentes.
Liguei pra corregedoria e me deram endereço do Rio de Janeiro. Depois soube que tinha um em Niterói. Tudo pra prejudicar e não fazer a denúncia.

I called the office and gave me an address for Rio de Janeiro. Then I learned I had one in Niteroi. All to hinder and not make the complaint.
