★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui 3 vezes, normalmente é cheio e o que me deixa irritado é na indisposição para tentar resolver certos crimes, encarar assalto como algo trivial é banalizar um problema sério que poderia ser ignorado por qualquer outro agente da força pública, menos da polícia militar.
Direcionar os cidadãos para ambiente online apenas ajuda mas trabalhar para colher provas e evidências é necessário para qualquer ocorrência e priorização é triagem, não uma faixa de exclusão.
I've been 3 times, it's usually crowded and what pisses me off is the unwillingness to try to solve certain crimes, to view robbery as trivial is to trivialize a serious problem that could be ignored by any other law enforcement officer, except the military police.
To direct citizens to the online environment only helps but working to gather evidence and evidence is necessary for any occurrence and prioritization is screening, not an exclusion range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive No local em 11 de março 2020 e fui muito bem atendida pelo investigador Maurício ( se não me engano) ele estava prestando primeiro atendimento no balcão ... fui fazer um boletim de ocorrência, e ao ir embora conversamos um pouco e sai de lá muito contente com sua empatia com minha história... são momentos assim que devemos lembrar, de como fomos tratados e na minha experiência dou nota 10, e ainda me lembro com carinho toda consideração que teve comigo. Obrigada investigador!!!
I was at the place on March 11, 2020 and I was very well attended by investigator Maurício (if I'm not mistaken) he was doing the first service at the counter ... I went to make a police report, and when we left we talked a little and left there very happy with his empathy with my story ... these are moments that we should remember, how we were treated and in my experience I give a score of 10, and I still remember with affection every consideration that he had with me. Thank you investigator !!!

Não gostei do atendimento do Delegado Titular, muito sem educação e grosso com cidadão de bem que paga imposto ou seja o salário de vocês.
As most, the service is bad (not all).
I didn't like the service provided by the Principal Delegate, who was very uneducated and rude to a good citizen who pays taxes, ie your salary.
