Porém, sugiro que revise o cancelamento semestral pois a academia, de acordo com a informação dada, não faz cancelamento de plano. A academia não pode continuar cobrando se a pessoa não quiser mais frequentar o local. "Existe no Código de Defesa do Consumidor, o artigo 51, e trata das cláusulas abusivas, cláusulas que exigem uma vantagem grande para o lado do fornecedor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou aluno há 2 meses, posso dizer que a academia é excelente quanto à estrutura e atendimento, com equipamentos modernos e ambiente refrigerado (este foi o principal motivo que me fez mudar de academia e vir para cá, pois as outras da cidade não são climatizadas). Porém, com frequência, a academia desliga o ar condicionado, em momentos em que chove, fica nublado ou não faz muito calor. Só que para quem treina, e no meu caso eu sinto muito calor durante o treino, independentemente do clima, faz calor sim! Várias vezes tive que fazer papel de chato e pedir para um professor ligar o ar condicionado e fechar as portas laterais para climatizar o ambiente. Hoje mesmo, quando cheguei ao local, pouco mais de meio-dia, estava fazendo calor na rua, mas o ar condicionado da academia estava apenas ventilando e as portas e janelas estavam todas abertas, então tive que pedir para ligarem.
Ainda sobre a climatização, o vestiário masculino está com o ventilador de teto sem funcionar desde minha aula experimental, há quase 3 meses, mas suponho que esteja há muito mais tempo. O vestiário é muito quente durante o dia, sendo que frequentemente eu preciso ir direto para o meu trabalho depois da academia, e preciso utilizar o vestiário para tomar banho e me arrumar. Mas faz muito calor lá dentro, além de que nenhuma tomada funciona para usar secador de cabelo, e também um dos chuveiros não está funcionando, além de nunca colocarem nenhum tapete ou pano de piso para enxugar os pés após o banho, enfim... Tudo isso eu já reportei várias vezes na recepção, mas sempre dizem apenas desculpas e nunca se propõem a resolver as situações.
Quando me venderam a academia foi dito que a climatização é um padrão do local, mas não é isso o que acontece no dia-a-dia. E pelo valor que eu pago mensalmente, pois optei pelo plano mensal (justamente para não ficar preso a um plano longo em caso de insatisfação), é esperado que esses outros pequenos problemas não sejam rotina, e sejam atendidos logo.
São apenas essas as minhas insatisfações e críticas construtivas para o local. Espero que esses problemas pontuais sejam resolvidos e o lugar melhore, pois de resto, ao todo, a academia é excelente!
I have been a student for 2 months, I can say that the gym is excellent in terms of structure and service, with modern equipment and a chilled environment (this was the main reason that made me change my gym and come here because the other ones in the city are not heated). But often, the gym shuts off the air conditioner, at times when it rains, gets cloudy or is not very hot. Only for those who train, and in my case I feel very hot during training, regardless of the weather, it's hot! Several times I had to play a boring role and ask a teacher to turn on the air conditioning and close the side doors to cool the room. Even today, when I arrived at the place a little after noon, it was hot in the street, but the air conditioning in the gym was just ventilating and the doors and windows were all open, so I had to ask them to call.
Still on air conditioning, the men's locker room has been with the ceiling fan not working since my experimental class, almost 3 months ago, but I suppose it's been a long time. The locker room is very hot during the day, and I often have to go straight to my work after the gym, and I need to use the locker room to shower and get ready. But it is very hot in there, besides that no outlet works to use hair dryer, and also one of the showers is not working, in addition to never putting any carpet or floor cloth to dry the feet after the bath, anyway ... All this I have reported several times at the reception, but always say only excuses and never propose to solve the situations.
When I was sold to the gym it was said that the air conditioning is a standard of the place, but this is not what happens in the day-to-day. And for the amount I pay monthly, as I opted for the monthly plan (just so as not to be stuck on a long plan in case of dissatisfaction), it is expected that these other little problems will not be routine, and will be taken care of soon.
Those are just my dissatisfactions and constructive criticisms of the place. I hope these punctual problems are solved and the place improves, since otherwise, in all, the gym is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Única academia com piscina na cidade. Ótimo ambiente para família toda. Natação para criançada e adultos, hidroginástica, aula de bike, zumba, pilates, musculação... Ambiente com ar condicionado, limpeza constante, cafezinho na porta, vestiários com duchas e o mais importante, professores formados, pós graduado, super competente. Vale a pena investir na saúde!
Only gym with pool in the city. Great environment for the whole family. Swimming for kids and adults, aqua aerobics, biking class, zumba, pilates, weight training ... Environment with air conditioning, constant cleaning, coffee at the door, changing rooms with showers and most importantly, trained teachers, post graduate, super competent. It is worth investing in health!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das melhores academias de Mairiporã, vistas privilegiada da represa, bons professores, na natação poderiam filtrar a piscina mais vezes por semana, e poderiam fazer a assepsia dos aparelhos pelo menos de 2/2 horas durante a pandemia, mais é muito boa no geral
One of the best gyms in Mairiporã, privileged views of the dam, good swimming teachers, they could filter the pool more times a week, and they could clean the equipment for at least 2/2 hours during the pandemic, but it is very good in general
