★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento razoável, sempre fui atendido normalmente. Possui fila exclusiva para despachantes, para resolver assuntos de veículos. Houve melhorias no atendimento na seção de habilitação, pois agora possui senha.
Reasonable service, I was always attended to normally. It has exclusive line for dispatchers to resolve vehicle issues. There were improvements in service in the enabling section, because now has password.

Veículos de leilão eles sempre esquecem de deixar ele 100% para fazermos a transferência. Compro veículo de leilão do pátio itajuru a 3 anos. Sempre tive que ficar indo na delegacia para reclamar de coisas que já eram pra terem sido resolvidas. E na maioria das vezes nem sabem como resolver.
Para assuntos relacionados a VEÍCULOS: Atendimento péssimo e ineficaz.
Sempre a pessoa que me atende não sabe resolver, e a outra pessoa que resolve, fica atendendo despachante e quase nunca a encontro.
Já perdi dias de emprego por causa de horas perdidas nessa delegacia. Já teve vez que fiquei mais de 5 HORAS aguardando. Isso quando não tive que voltar no outro dia e perder mais 1 dia de emprego.
Fico sempre no prejuízo com os gastos com gasolina, pedagio e dias perdido.
Pessoas dão dinheiro aos despachantes para resolverem assuntos mais rápido na fila de preferência ao despachante.
Pátio itajuru também tem vários roubos de peças antes de ir ao leilão.
Ninguém fiscaliza, ninguém é punido.
Nota zero para delegacia civil ( em todas do estado de MG que eu fui é assim, desorganizado e ineficaz).
SÓ DEUS para nos dar forças e esperança de um Céu perfeito, pq aqui na terra, infelizmente, somos injustiçados por aqueles que dizem que fazem justiça.

Auction vehicles they always forget to leave it 100% for us to make the transfer. I buy auction vehicle from the itajuru yard for 3 years. I always had to keep going to the police station to complain about things that were supposed to be resolved. And most of the time they don't even know how to solve it.
For VEHICLE-related matters: Lousy and ineffective service.
The person who attends to me does not always know how to solve it, and the other person who solves it, attends to the dispatcher and almost never meets her.
I already lost days of work because of hours lost in that police station. I've had more than 5 HOURS waiting. That's when I didn't have to go back the other day and lose another day of work.
I am always at a loss with expenses with gasoline, tuition and lost days.
People give money to dispatchers to resolve matters faster in the queue in preference to the dispatcher.
Pátio itajuru also has several thefts of pieces before going to the auction.
Nobody supervises, nobody is punished.
Zero score for the civil police station (in all of the state of MG that I went, it is like this, disorganized and ineffective).
ONLY GOD to give us strength and hope for a perfect Heaven, because here on earth, unfortunately, we are wronged by those who say they do justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, não sei pra que tem telefone se sequer esses seres intocaveis não atendem o mesmo. Funcionalismo publico tinha que perder o cargo por mal atendimento.
Bad service, I don't know why there's a phone if even these untouchable beings don't answer the same. Civil servants had to lose their position for bad service.
