★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa, mas, poderia ser um pouquinho melhor. No atendimento inicial, a atendente não entendeu bem, o objetivo de minha ida no 811 Offices. houve uma falha de comunicação por parte dela. Só quando fiz o contato direto com a secretária, da sala pretendida(por interfone), foi que consegui ir para a fase seguinte, que foi o cadastramento. Do cadastramento, em diante, tudo ocorreu bem.
 Good, but could be a little better. In the initial service, the attendant did not quite understand the purpose of my going to 811 Offices. there was a miscommunication on her part. Only when I made direct contact with the secretary, from the intended room (via intercom), was I able to go to the next phase, which was registration. From the registration onwards, everything went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio moderno, de fácil acesso e com reconhecimento facial para passar pelas catracas. Achei a quantidade de elevadores adequada, porém não presenciei o movimento em horários de pico. O estacionamento tem boa quantidade de vagas, porém é caro: R$5,00 a hora (jan/22).
Modern building, easily accessible and with facial recognition to pass through the turnstiles. I found the number of elevators adequate, but I did not witness the movement at peak times. The parking lot has a good amount of spaces, but it is expensive: R$5.00 per hour (Jan/22).
