dia 14 de Fevereiro deixei um celular pra ser efetuado a troca da tela.. fui informado da moça que atendeu que até sexta feira dia 21 ficaria pronto ou mais tardar na segunda dia 24. Blz deixamos lá nessas condições.. aí quando foi quarta dia 29 entrei em.contato para verificar como estava fui informado que já estava em conserto e até na quinta dia 20 ficaria pronto e ela me avisava ou seja passou dia todo e nada.. quando foi sexta entrei em contato via whats para saber se iria realmente ficar pronto e nada de resposta.. aí as 14h da tarde ligo pedindo uma.posicao pois.. fomos informado que não estava pronto e que ficaria pronto entre quinta ou sexta dia 27 ou 28 de Fevereiro.. enfim informações que assim não daria que se não der pegariamos o celular de volta.. fui informado que ela iria v3rificsr com.o técnico e mais uma.vez nada de retorno.hoje dia 22 sábado entro em contato via whats nada de resposta.. liguei ninguém atende.. ou seja respeito com cliente zero.
lousy service at the island store ..
February 14th I left a cell phone to change the screen .. I was informed of the girl who answered that by Friday the 21st it would be ready or later on the second day 24. Blz we left it there in those conditions .. then when it was the fourth day 29 I went in.contact to check how it was, I was informed that it was already under repair and even on the fifth day of the 20th it would be ready and she would let me know, in other words, all day and nothing ... get ready and nothing to answer .. then at 2pm I call asking for a position because we were informed that it was not ready and that it would be ready between Thursday or Friday the 27th or 28th of February .. finally information that would not give that if not, we would get the cell phone back .. I was informed that she would v3rificsr with the technician and one more time. Maybe nothing to return. Today 22 Saturday I will contact you via whats nothing to answer. respect with zero customer.

Do not take a cell phone to fix it in this store, poor service and poor service, when I took my device the first time I took it, my microphone was bad and the screen was taking off under warranty they "fixed" and today the screen is all loose dnv
