chegando na loja, mesmo informando que fui orientado a ir a loja pela propria michelin, me falaram que eles não iriam realizar o procedimento porque eu não efetuei a compra la.
I didn't buy the tire at the store, but I was informed by Michelin that I could look for Wanderson at 900HP that he was responsible for evaluating the tire and telling me if it would be warranted or not.
when I arrived at the store, even though I was told to go to the store by Michelin, they told me that they would not perform the procedure because I didn't make the purchase there.
