★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior impossível, desorganização total, se as pessoas na têm consciência do momento que estamos vivendo, pelo menos dentro do estabelecimento poderia ter alguma organização, falta de respeito para com os idosos, falta de respeito para quem quer fazer apenas um jogo, pois a atendente está sempre fora do local, enfim bagunça total. Estive sábado 16/10/2021 nesta loja, fiquei cerca de 20 minutos para fazer um jogo, desisti pois a atendente foi não sabemos para onde, e a loja cheia todo mundo espremido, fui a Nova Iguaçu e fiz minha aposta. Depois eles pedem para darmos uma força para o comércio do bairro, o problema é que os comerciantes de bairro acham que os moradores compram qualquer coisa de qualquer maneira.
Worse impossible, total disorganization, if people are not aware of the moment we are living, at least within the establishment there could be some organization, lack of respect for the elderly, lack of respect for those who only want to play a game, because the attendant is always out of place, in short, total mess. I was at this store on 10/16/2021, I stayed about 20 minutes to play a game, I gave up because the attendant went we don't know where, and the store was full, everyone squeezed, I went to Nova Iguaçu and placed my bet. Then they ask us to give a boost to the commerce in the neighborhood, the problem is that the neighborhood merchants think that the residents buy anything anyway.
