★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é um lixo. Tem um senhor que atende que parece estarmos pedindo favor. Ter que aturar esses maus profissionais é verdadeiramente é absurdo. Sou contra estes tipos de prestação de serviços. Eles recebem e muito bem por isso. Funcionalismo sem serventia.
The service is rubbish. There is a gentleman who answers that seems to be asking for a favor. Having to put up with these bad professionals is truly absurd. I am against these types of service provision. They get paid very well for it. Functionalism without use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em NENHUM dos três dias que fui à delegacia, a delegada se encontrava presente, e os dois senhores que supostamente deveriam auxiliar no meu caso, mal olharam na minha cara, alegando não poder resolver absolutamente nada. Ou seja: numa emergência, você morre e fica por isso mesmo. É quando a gente mais precisa que descobrimos como esses serviços são precários no Brasil.
Atualização: a delegada pegou um atestado de 15 DIAS e simplesmente não existe nenhuma outra pessoa com quem eu possa falar. Estão de parabéns!
In NONE of the three days I went to the police station, the delegate was present, and the two gentlemen who were supposed to help in my case barely looked me in the face, claiming they couldn't solve absolutely anything. That is: in an emergency, you die and that's it. It is when we need it most that we discover how precarious these services are in Brazil.
Update: The delegate took a 15 DAY certificate and there is simply no other person I can talk to. They are to be congratulated!
