★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é uma bagunça, o espaço deveria ser melhor aproveitado pela prefeitura. Nunca teve nenhuma serventia. Apenas uma recente academia. Frequentado por vagabundos de toda espécie. Uma mulher jamais deveria sequer pensar em entrar ali. Um bar com som alto causa inúmeros problemas com os moradores.
The place is a mess, the space should be better used by the city. Never had any use. Just a recent gym. Frequented by vagabonds of all kinds. A woman should never even think about getting in there. A loud sound bar causes numerous problems with the locals.

As instalações tb pararam , obras inacabadas ficaram no caminho .
It was getting better, but it stopped.
I hope you take care of the countryside again , otherwise it will become a floodplain again .
The installations also stopped, unfinished works got in the way.
