★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São uns incopetendees, desculpem o jeito de falar, mas é que já me interessei duas vezes por casas dessa imobiliária, fui bem atendida, mandei os documentos, e eles nunca mais ligaram pra falar se foi aprovado ou não, simplesmente não retornam nem para avisar que não foi aprovado, falam que vão entrar em contato e nunca entra...
Duas casas que gostei e mandei os documentos, um gostei eles ficaram com os documentos e passou semanas sem retornar, ai aluguei outra casa, depois de um ano um ano e meio de novo me interessei pela casa da imobiliaria deles, mandamos o documento de novo... Nunca ligaram...
São incompetentes, não estão nem aí ...

Two houses that I liked and sent the documents, one I liked they stayed with the documents and spent weeks without returning, then I rented another house, after a year and a half year again I became interested in their home, we sent the document again ... never called ...
They are incompetent, they don't care ...

Realizei a visita na casa, enviei os documentos solicitados, porem nunca obtive um retorno por parte dos funcionários dessa imobiliária. A todo momento eu tive que entrar em contato com a imobiliária para dar celeridade nos processos, em uma das ultimas ligações o corretor informou que a analise de crédito para aluguel estava aprovada e iria me ligar para marcar vistoria! Nao obtive mais retorno mesmo cobrando uma resposta via mensagem. MUITO DESCASO

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with the real estate.
I made the visit at the house, sent the requested documents, but never got a return from the employees of this real estate. At all times I had to contact the real estate agent to speed up the processes, in one of the last calls the broker informed that the credit analysis for rent was approved and would call me to check! I got no more feedback even charging a response via message. VERY LITTLE
A horrible professionalism!
