Péssimo atendimento: má educação, fazem a gente rodar a loja várias vezes para pegar o produto.
Péssimo controle de estoque e localização das mercadorias.
Não existe uma responsabilidade de repasse de processo de finalização de venda em caso de o vendedor primário ter que se ausentar para almoço e precisar seguir com a entrega do produto ao cliente.
Mesmo usando a NF para colocar a carga comprada você passa mais uma vez pela conferência de mercadoria e assinatura de documento.
Mesmo sendo feita de besta, esperando 1h APÓS PAGAMENTO, eu ainda tive que ouvir que era "sem paciência", ouvi brincadeiras sobre o tempo para estacionar o carro (que me fizeram ir para 3 lugares diferentes) e ver minha família receber grosseiria.
O preço em conta custou caro pra mim, que ainda cheguei atrasada para meu trabalho.
Bad sales logistics.
Bad service: bad manners, they make us run the store several times to get the product.
Poor inventory control and location of goods.
There is no responsibility for passing on the final sale process in case the primary salesperson has to leave for lunch and needs to continue with the delivery of the product to the customer.
Even using the invoice to place the purchased cargo you go through the merchandise verification and document signing once again.
Even though I was made of a beast, waiting 1h AFTER PAYMENT, I still had to hear it was "out of patience", I heard jokes about the time to park the car (which made me go to 3 different places) and see my family get rude.
The price on account was expensive for me, because I was still late for my job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que a maior e mais completa loja no segmento de consteucao civil da cidade, loja climatizada muito ampla e boa localização com estacionamento próprio, preços muito competitivos inclusive com promoções, porém não recomendo retirada de mercadoria no depósito e um extremo desgaste, nota 10 pra loja e 0 para depósito.
I believe that the largest and most complete store in the segment of civil construction in the city, a very large air-conditioned store and a good location with its own parking, very competitive prices including promotions, however I do not recommend withdrawing merchandise from the warehouse and extreme wear, note 10 for store and 0 for deposit.
