★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. A variedade é indiscutível no entanto fui até lá duas vezes, comprei materiais para artesanato e costura e em ambas ao chegar em casa os materiais estavam incompletos mas o preço eu paguei como sendo de todos os materiais que escolhi. Não recomendo.
Did not like. The variety is unquestionable however I went there twice, bought supplies for crafts and sewing and both when I got home the materials were incomplete but the price I paid as being for all the materials I chose. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento eu adoro o atendimento dos funcionários antigos, e moça e o moço do caixa são simpaticos , nunca tive problemas, pena que o espaço é muito apertado, e AS VEZES tenho que esperar um tempo para ser atendido, mas é um ótimo lugar para comprar fios, fitas, linhas e coisas de aviamentos e costura.
At the moment I love the service of the old employees, and the young lady and the cashier are nice, I never had problems, pity that the space is very tight, and SOMETIMES I have to wait a while to be met, but it is a great place to buy yarns, tapes, threads, and things from supplies and sewing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento que alguém possa ter, sábado (21/07) por volta das 13:30 fomos até a loja em busca de comprar vários itens , quando tinha 3 funcionarias paradas dentro da loja (demostrando que estavam ali para atender os clientes) perguntei sobre um tecido, onde com muita má vontade mal nos responderam e ainda pediu para outra atendente nos atender, e a mesma também não quis nos mostrar o produto. Final das contas falei que não precisava agradeci e fui embora. Estou registrando aqui pois nunca imaginei que nesta loja de tantos anos de mercado em rio preto teria este tipo de atendimento e talvez o gerente ou o proprietário não tenha conhecimento do que se passa dentro do seu negocio.
The worst service that anyone can have, Saturday (07/21) around 1:30 pm we went to the store in search of buying various items, when there were 3 employees standing inside the store (showing that they were there to serve customers) I asked on a fabric, where they very badly answered us and even asked another attendant to assist us, and she also did not want to show us the product. Ultimately I said I didn't need to say thank you and left. I am registering here because I never imagined that this store with so many years of market in Rio Preto would have this type of service and perhaps the manager or the owner is not aware of what is going on inside his business.
