★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esfiha de calabresa muito boa. A esfiha de queijo mussarela solta muita gordura, não recomendo, seria legal se utilizassem outro tipo de queijo a exemplo do Habib's. Esfiha de carne é relativamente boa, bem temperada, o que estraga é o excesso de limão no tempero da carne, ontem comprei estava até azedo. O Kibe que comprei não tive coragem de comer, estava encharcado de óleo, dá impressão que do jeito que tiraram da fritadeira colocaram na embalagem para vender, chegou a fazer uma pequena poça de óleo.
Very good pepperoni sfiha. The mozzarella cheese sfiha looses a lot of fat, I don't recommend it, it would be nice if they used another type of cheese like Habib's. Sfiha of meat is relatively good, well seasoned, what spoils is the excess of lemon in the seasoning of the meat, yesterday I bought it was even sour. The Kibe I bought I didn't have the courage to eat, it was soaked in oil, it seems that the way they took it out of the fryer they put it in the packaging to sell, it even made a small puddle of oil.
