★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 07/04/2018 comprei um colchão da Lukspuma, que suportava 150kg e que segundo o vendedor teria 4 anos de garantia.
No dia 09/04, de manhã o colchão foi entregue. Não recebi nota fiscal, nem certificado de garantia. Quando conferi a etiqueta do fabricante, o colchão entregue suportava apenas 120kg.
No mesmo dia a noite fui à loja. Enrolaram, falaram que iriam verificar, e não trocaram o produto nem me deram a nota.
Nota fiscal é um direito meu. Sonegar impostos é crime.
Também é um direito meu receber a mercadoria correta.
On 07/04/2018 I bought a mattress from Lukspuma, which supported 150kg and which according to the seller would have a 4-year warranty.
On April 9th, the mattress was delivered in the morning. I did not receive an invoice or guarantee certificate. When I checked the manufacturer's label, the delivered mattress only supported 120kg.
That night I went to the store. They rolled it up, said they would check it out, and didn't change the product or give me the grade.
Invoice is my right. Tax evasion is a crime.
It is also my right to receive the correct merchandise.
