★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funciona da seguinte forma, se seu serviço é barato, ele será deixado de lado e só será feito quando o Jair (dono) tiver tempo. Ele vai atendendo os serviços caros, os consertos de relógios caros, as jóias e seu servicinho de gravação que só custa R$ 3,00 vai ficando para trás.
E não se engane, em todo São Gonçalo é assim.
Se vc vai gravar uma jóia, donde resta uma poeira de ouro, que obviamente eles juntam, vc é atendido rápido e de boa vontade, mas se vc vai gravar latão, medalhas... é má vontade, é caras e bocas, é enrolação...
O Jair fez minha mãe esperar uma hora e meia no calor do Alcântara de 40 graus para depois dizer que o serviço só ficaria pronto no dia seguinte, porque ele teve que parar para fazer outros consertos, ou seja, ele não pega um serviço e faz, depois passa para o outro serviço e faz e assim sucessivamente, ele atende de acordo com a prioridade do serviço, ou seja novamente, de acordo com o lucro que o serviço trará para ele.
Perdeu a cliente!
Mais para ele não fará diferença mesmo!
Serviço de R$3,00 somente, mas era 3,00 vezes 20.
Eram 60,00 !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei 2 relógios para trocar a bateria, sendo que 1 estava apagando do nada. O rapaz verificou e falou que a bateria estava boa e só fez uns ajustes na caixa. Então me cobrou só uma bateria . Resumindo foi honesto. Parabéns pela honestidade e pelo atendimento.
