★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, o "estacionamento" mais caro da cidade, carro passou o dia todo na oficina para nada ser feito, nada ser detectado. Fazem o rastreamento, mas se por lá nada é detectado, fica por isso. Mecânicos Nutela! Não recomendo.
Terrible service, the most expensive "parking" in the city, car spent all day in the garage for nothing to be done, nothing to be detected. They do the tracking, but if nothing is detected there, that's it. Nutela mechanics! I do not recommend.

The service was great. However, the part that was replaced was not broken, it came off. It was just coming back. They put in a new part unnecessarily.

E a melhor coisa pra mim foi uma pequena etiqueta colocada na minha chave, cuja tinha uma frase que melhorou o meu dia. Gratidão a toda a equipe.
First time in the workshop and I was very well attended. The budget was made on the spot. And the repair was successful. I got a discount by paying cash. And the best thing for me was a little tag placed on my key, which had a phrase that made my day better. Gratitude to the entire team.
