★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei para saber se eles faziam prateleiras para a minha loja e o atendente disse que não, que fazia de madeira, de bananeira de plástico... me deu um fora. Não sei como tem empresas nesse nível no mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom no inicio, atrasaram um pouco na colocação das portas, mas colocaram !!!! Porém depois do serviço pago as portas começaram a dar problema, ligo pra fazerem o reparo e não vem ninguém... Liguei por diversas vezes, falo diretamente com o responsável sr Amois e ele sempre fala que os rapazes iram passar para verificar o problema das portas e já tem mais de 1 mês e meio que espero, ligando diariamente .. E a desculpa é sempre a mesma, (ate o final do dia os rapazes passam ai) .... E agora pra piorar ele nem atende mais do meu numero, tenho que ligar de outro numero para poder atender. UM VERDADEIRO ABSURDO, ME SENTINDO LESADA, POIS O SERVIÇO TEM GARANTIA, PAGAMOS CARO PELAS PORTAS QUE NÃO ESTÃO TENDO UTILIDADE. TENHAM MAIS RESPEITOS PELO CLIENTE....
Good service at the beginning, delayed a little in the placement of the doors, but they did !!!! However, after the paid service the doors started to show problems, I call to do the repair and no one comes ... I called several times, I speak directly with the responsible Mr. Amois and he always says that the boys will come by to check the problem of the doors and it's been over a month and a half that I wait, calling daily .. And the excuse is always the same, (until the end of the day the boys stop by) .... And now to make it worse he doesn't even answer my call anymore number, I have to call another number to answer. A TRUE ABSURD, FEELING LESADA, BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS GUARANTEED, WE PAY EXPENSIVE FOR DOORS THAT ARE NOT USING. HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER ....
