Depois de me tornar cliente durante a gestação, após o parto, comprei sutiã e um macacão para amamentação.
Por conta da quarentena, só considerei usar o macacão 15 dias após a compra.
Ao provar, constatei que a modelagem do macacão estava mal feita.
O tamanho P serviu certo no corpo (ficou até folgado, pois emagreci mais depois da compra) porém os botões da frente na parte dos seios ficam abertos como se estivesse apertado.
Definitivamente não reflete a qualidade esperada diante do valor considerável que pagamos pelo produto.
Procurei a loja para trocar, que se recusou a fazê-lo alegando que a troca só poderia ter sido efetuada antes dos 15 dias, sendo que a peça era da nova coleção.
Após eu questionar o que era devido por lei, levaram o caso pra Gerência e ficaram de me retornar, o que não fizeram.
Precisei cobrar pra receber a mesma resposta negativa.
Somente depois de eu mencionar que faria reclamação por aqui, voltaram dizendo que fariam a troca, mas ainda fazendo perguntas incoerentes sobre etiqueta e cheiro na roupa, sendo que eu já havia informado inicialmente.
Diante da frieza e pouco caso, me senti completamente constrangida em aparecer na loja e e optei por nem efetuar a troca.
Fico indignada por uma loja se propor a trabalhar com um público de GESTANTES E PUÉRPERAS e não ter o mínimo de sensibilidade e empatia com essa figura da mulher!
Falta de empatia e orientação para o cliente!
Muita inflexibilidade e falta de visão de negócios, visando exclusivamente lucro.
Não volto mais .
Disappointing experience!
After becoming a customer during pregnancy, after giving birth, I bought a nursing bra and romper.
Because of the quarantine, I only considered wearing the jumpsuit 15 days after purchase.
When I tried it on, I found that the modeling of the jumpsuit was poorly made.
The size S fit right on the body (it was even loose, because I lost more weight after the purchase) but the front buttons on the breasts are open as if they were tight.
Definitely does not reflect the expected quality given the considerable amount we paid for the product.
I looked for the store to exchange it, which refused to do so, claiming that the exchange could only have been carried out before the 15 days, since the piece was from the new collection.
After I questioned what was owed by law, they took the case to the Management and refused to return it to me, which they did not do.
I had to charge to receive the same negative response.
Only after I mentioned that I would complain here, they came back saying that they would make the exchange, but still asking incoherent questions about clothing etiquette and smell, which I had already informed initially.
Faced with the coldness and little case, I felt completely embarrassed to show up at the store and I chose not to make the exchange.
I am outraged that a store proposes to work with an audience of PREGNANT AND PUERPERA WOMEN and does not have the least sensitivity and empathy with this figure of the woman!
Lack of empathy and customer orientation!
A lot of inflexibility and lack of business vision, aiming exclusively at profit.
I won't be back.
