They wanted to charge me 20 reais to deliver saying it was far (700 meters). Shameful behavior, taking advantage of the pandemic restrictions to exploit people.

Pedi um risoto por delivery e não enviaram talheres descartáveis, a pousada já estava fechada não conseguimos talheres e quando ligamos para reclamar disse simplesmente que foi uma falha mas não teria como entregar!!! Um absurdo e descaso com o cliente! E para piorar pedimos sem queijo pois tenho intolerância alimentar, e ao abrir tinha molho com queijo!!! Indignação total!
Terrible experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered a risotto for delivery and they didn't send disposable cutlery, the inn was already closed we couldn't get any cutlery and when we called to complain I simply said it was a failure but I couldn't deliver!!! An absurdity and disregard for the customer! And to make matters worse we ordered without cheese because I have food intolerance, and when opening it had cheese sauce!!! Total outrage!
