★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de uma fechadura Stam na loja no dia 29 de janeiro, uma sexta-feira. Na quarta-feira o serralheiro foi colocar a fechadura na porta, e percebeu que a fechadura fora comprada errada.
Imediatamente voltei a loja para fazer a troca do produto, pelo modelo correto da fechadura. Entretanto a loja não me deu o direito de troca, com extrema falta de respeito. O produto está perfeitas condições, não há nenhuma avaria no produto, ou na embalagem, está exatamente como eu o peguei da mão da vendedora no dia 29.
Isso é um desrespeito, um desacato total com o cliente. Isso pode configurar até mesmo enriquecimento ilícito, pois não há motivos para não terem efetuado a troca, até porque o produto pelo qual eu pretendia trocar, era do mesmo valor.
I made a purchase for a Stam lock at the store on January 29, a Friday. On Wednesday the locksmith went to put the lock on the door, and realized that the lock had been bought wrong.
Immediately I returned to the store to exchange the product for the correct model of the lock. However, the store did not give me the right to exchange, with extreme lack of respect. The product is in perfect condition, there is no damage to the product, or the packaging, it is exactly as I took it from the salesperson's hand on the 29th.
This is a disrespect, a total contempt with the customer. This can even constitute illicit enrichment, as there is no reason for not having made the exchange, not least because the product for which I intended to exchange, was of the same value.
