★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos esta empresa para fazer a infra e instalação dos aparelhos de ares-condicionados do nosso apartamento e foi a maior dor de cabeça, NÃO RECOMENDO. Prestam um serviço de péssima qualidade e um pós venda crítico. Tudo começou pela instalação errada da condensadora, que foi instalada diretamente no chão, sem calço, o que nos gerou grandes transtornos, pois fechou totalmente o dreno que dava vazão à saída de água da chuva, fazendo com que a água transbordasse e alagasse a sacada. Os aparelhos também foram instalados de forma errada, jorrava água das máquinas, por conta da instalação errada do dreno. Tivemos uma experiência horrível com esta empresa, e um prejuízo de mais de R$ 700,00. Relatamos o problema à empresa, que se isentou totalmente da culpa. NÃO RECOMENDO!

They provide a poor quality service and a critical after-sales service. It all started with the wrong installation of the condenser, which was installed directly on the floor, without a shim, which caused us great inconvenience, as it completely closed the drain that gave flow to the rainwater outlet, causing the water to overflow and flood the balcony. . The appliances were also installed incorrectly, water was gushing from the machines, due to the wrong installation of the drain. We had a horrible experience with this company, and a loss of more than R$ 700.00. We reported the problem to the company, which completely disclaimed the blame. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
