★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa loja atendendo com os cuidados do covid-19 preço justo para o mercado. Problema é a demora no atendimento fiquei muito tempo para ser atendido e muito tempo no atendimento. Mas no geral uma ótima loja está funcionando normalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, vendedor muito educado e atencioso, mas não conhecia o que estava vendendo e de quase nada dentro da loja parecia que tinha caído de paraquedas na loja, não soube me dar informações básicas do produto e o colega me deu informação errada ao invés de dizer que não sabia só porque estava fechando a loja e quase desisto da compra.
I was well attended, a very polite and attentive salesperson, but I didn't know what I was selling and almost nothing inside the store looked like I had fallen from a parachute in the store, didn't know how to give me basic product information and the colleague gave me wrong information to say that I didn't know just because I was closing the store and I almost gave up on the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar um produto Danificado, porém quis trocar por um outro produto no mesmo valor ou superior ao valor do mesmo. O gerente, que não estava presente na loja, falou por telefone para a funcionária que não iria fazer a troca, que era para ela mostrar para mim a política da empresa. Não fiquei satisfeito e acho que não teria a necessidade disto, pois eles não sairiam perdendo valor algum. O que saíram perdendo, foi mais um cliente, insatisfeito, pois está loja era a minha primeira opção para compra. Deixo aqui meu comentário de insatisfação com o ocorrido.
I went to exchange a Damaged product, but wanted to exchange for another product at the same value or higher than the same value. The manager, who was not present at the store, spoke by phone to the employee who was not going to make the change, that she was supposed to show me the company's policy. I was not satisfied and I do not think I would need this, as they would not lose any value. What they lost, was another customer, dissatisfied, because this store was my first option for purchase. I leave here my comment of dissatisfaction with what happened.
