★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faremos uma Denúncia, deixou a desejar, situação injusta e ameaçadora que sofremos em 19 outubro às 19:50. Eu sempre fui a Amais, e gostei dos produtos e dos funcionários. Sempre compramos lá com meu namorado. Mas hoje, fui com ele e ele achou um produto vencido de Leite Condensado Italac Zero Lactose .
E por Lei, qualquer loja tem que dar em troca outro produto com data certa sem ter que pagar. A moça de caixa consultou outra funcionária que falou claramente que a lei sim é verídica e aceitou a entrega do produto, mas... um senhor de cabelo grisalhos com traços orientais totalmente fora de si, veio a reclamar e no seu olhar ameaçando ao meu namorado para não entrar mais com sacola a Mercearia (sendo que nunca ninguém reclamou nada por este motivo).
Ele se colocou como a Vítima usando o vitimismo e Culpando o cliente de algo que eles erraram ao deixar na gôndula algo vencido colocando em risco a saúde de seus Clientes.
Não entendemos a violência verbal dele. A sua prepotência e raiva. Acreditamos que deve ter problemas pessoais ou havía bebido. Estava muito fora de si. Nunca fomos tratados assim quando entramos a outras lojas grandes, mas se ele tinha dúvidas de alguma coisa, podería revistar a sacola do meu namorado mas esse homem não quis fazer nada. Parece que ele se doeu de ter que perder um único item que por Lei correspondia entregar pra meu namorado e inventou uma situação absurda. Pedimos revisar as câmeras e íamos ficar sim pra ver juntos, se ele estava duvidando de algo, mas ele não quis. Infelizmente esse lugar que era bom, se tornou um lugar hostil por causa dessa pessoa que fica no balcão das bebidas alcoólicas, perto das frutas. Se ele quer ou quis insinuar algo errado, então que prove porque pra isso eles tem câmeras, podem e devem puxar elas. Ficamos a disposição pra isso mas misteriosamente ele não quis. Vou denunciar isto porque calúnia, acusação falsa e difamação é crime. Foi uma experiência muito ruim.

We always shop there with my boyfriend. But today, I went with him and he found an expired product of Condensed Milk Italac Zero Lactose.
And by law, any store has to exchange another product with a certain date without having to pay. The cashier consulted another employee who clearly said that the law is true and accepted the delivery of the product, but... a gray-haired gentleman with oriental features totally out of his mind, came to complain and in his eyes, threatening to mine boyfriend not to enter the grocery store with a bag anymore (and no one has ever complained about anything for this reason).
He put himself as the Victim using victimism and Blaming the client for something they went wrong by leaving something expired on the back of their clients, putting the health of their Clients at risk.
We don't understand his verbal violence. His arrogance and anger. We believe you must have personal problems or had been drinking. I was very out of it. We were never treated like this when we entered other big stores, but if he had any doubts about something, he could search my boyfriend's bag but this man didn't want to do anything. It seems that he got sick of having to lose a single item that by law was supposed to give to my boyfriend and invented an absurd situation. We asked to review the cameras and we were going to stay together to see if he was doubting something, but he didn't want to. Unfortunately this place that was good, became a hostile place because of that person who is at the counter of alcoholic drinks, near the fruit. If he wants or wanted to insinuate something wrong, then prove why they have cameras, can and should pull them. We were available for that but mysteriously he didn't want to. I'm going to report this because slander, false accusation and defamation is a crime. It was a very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem pouca variedade por ser loja de bairro, material voltado para construção - areia, cimento, etc -, e acabamento massa corrida, rejunte.... Não espere muita variedade, só o básico.
It has little variety because it is a neighborhood store, material for construction - sand, cement, etc -, and finishing putty, grout... Don't expect too much variety, just the basics.
