Demora pra marcar o exame pq a logística é péssima no ZAP. O atendimento é muito demorado apesar da "hora marcada".
Não dão satisfação da demora, só manda aguardar. Péssimo.

It takes time to book the exam because the logistics are terrible at ZAP. The service is very time-consuming despite the "appointment".
They don't give satisfaction to the delay, just tell them to wait. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Demora de mais de 40 minutos para fazer a solicitação dos exames. Demorou tanto que a coleta de urina não “Servia” mais para o laboratório. O rapaz que faz a coleta de sangue em busca de material fora da sala de coleta. Uma completa desorganização! Colaboradores amadores no que diz respeito a atendimento e eficácia.
Lousy service! It takes more than 40 minutes to order the exams. It took so long that the urine collection no longer “served” the laboratory. The boy who does the blood collection in search of material outside the collection room. A complete disorganization! Amateur employees with regard to service and effectiveness.
