★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma impressora no local, foi dado prazo de 7 dias para orçamento, hoje completaram-se 9 dias, liguei e recebi a resposta que o técnico não foi e por isso não tem laudo ainda. Decepcionado, primeira impressão que ficou foi de descaso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo de jeito nenhum, levei meu computador mais de 4x a cada vez voltava com um problema diferente, gastei muito dinheiro e no fim o computador não ficou bom e o técnico conseguiu me devolver o gabinete sem a placa a de vídeo pois ele conseguiu estraga-la na hora do concerto e ainda das 4x que foi la me deram nota só 1 vez, sai no prejuízo e nunca mais volto a realizar serviços com esta empresa.
I did not recommend it at all, I took my computer more than 4x every time I came back with a different problem, I spent a lot of money and in the end the computer was not good and the technician was able to give me back the cabinet without the video card because he managed to spoil it at the time of the concert and still of the 4x that was I was only noticed once, leaves at the loss and I never go back to perform services with this company.

O suposto técnico q faz os reparos não trabalha com frequência, e para justificar o atraso no conserto, a atendente teve a cara de pau de dizer que estava me aguardando autorizar o orçamento, coisa q eu já havia feito, inocentemente por telefone, assim n tive como provar, foi a minha palavra contra a dela. Como o procedimento deles é deixar o aparelho lá e telefonar p se informar se o técnico já fez ou não o orçamento, fica difícil de provar q o autorizamos. Nunca fui tratada como idiota dessa forma em nenhum outro estabelecimento.
I would never recommend this establishment, not even to an enemy. The alleged technician who does the repairs does not work often, and to justify the delay in the repair, the attendant had the nerve to say that he was waiting for me to authorize the budget, which I had already done, innocently over the phone, so n I could prove it, it was my word against hers. As their procedure is to leave the device there and call p to find out if the technician has already made the budget or not, it is difficult to prove that we authorized it. I've never been treated like an idiot this way at any other establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não recomendo para ninguém. Nenhum compromisso com os prazos ou com os clientes. Meu notebook ficou mais de duas semanas e sequer me foi passado um orçamento. Retirei sem realizar nenhum serviço.
Terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. No commitment to deadlines or to customers. My notebook stayed more than two weeks and I was not even given a budget. I retired without performing any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem os próprios prazos que colocam e entregam a máquina sem fazer o serviço... e já não foi a primeira vez. Podem ficar meses enrolando o cliente e não se importam com isso, falta bastante responsabilidade e profissionalismo aí! Nem parece ser uma empresa. Muito, mas muito ruim mesmo!!
They do not meet the deadlines that they place and deliver the machine without doing the job ... and it was not the first time. They can spend months fooling the customer and they don't care about that, there is a lot of responsibility and professionalism there! It doesn't even appear to be a company. Very, very bad indeed !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu notebook ficou lá de abril a julho (3 meses) devolveram sucateado, com telca faltando, sem a placa de vídeo e agora eles retornaram para tentar salvar. Além de tudo trocaram peças sem eu autorizar.
My notebook was there from April to July (3 months) they returned it scrapped, with missing key, without the video card and now they returned to try to save. Besides, they exchanged parts without my authorization.
