★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A avaliação é pelo ambiente, pq foi tudo o que consegui aproveitar durante a hora que fiquei lá e só consegui tomar uma long neck. Compreensível estar lotado devido o feriado do dia das mães, eu aguardaria horas pelo prato solicitado a questão que me fez levantar da mesa deixando somente o valor da única bebida que consegui tomar no local foi a desorganização vista por uma hora dos atendentes das mesas. Vi 4 funcionários atendendo uma única mesa ao mesmo tempo e o setor onde eu estava ( área de entrada da loja) totalmente abandonado de atendimento, um cliente chegou a levantar para ir buscar uma cerveja, eu tinha pedido uma outra uns trinta minutos antes a um atendente que estava correndo para lá e para cá com uma maquininha de cartão perdido e sem orientação de onde realmente deveria estar e qual mesa atender igual seus colegas. Eu escreveria um livro aqui apontando tudo que vi nessa hora que fiquei lá, mas resumindo, queria ter comido o prato solicitado pq os que eu vi chegando nas mesas pareciam ser muito gostosos, era visto pelo rosto dos outros clientes, mas eu queria pelo menos saber se meu prato tinha sido pedido e estar sendo abastecida de cerveja até lá o que não foi possível devido a desorganização no atendimento.
The evaluation is based on the environment, because that was all I could enjoy during the time I was there and I only managed to take a long neck. Understandable being crowded due to the Mother's Day holiday, I would wait hours for the dish requested. I saw 4 employees serving a single table at the same time and the sector where I was (the store's entrance area) was completely abandoned, a customer got up to get a beer, I had ordered another one thirty minutes before attendant who was running back and forth with a lost card machine and without guidance on where he really should be and which table to serve just like his colleagues. I would write a book here pointing out everything I saw at the time I was there, but in short, I wish I had eaten the dish requested because the ones I saw arriving at the tables seemed to be very tasty, it was seen on the faces of the other customers, but I wanted at least to know if my dish had been ordered and to be supplied with beer until then, which was not possible due to disorganization in the service.
