E poderiam colocar mais gente para atendimento (quando a pandemia acabar) as vezes as filas ficam extensas e as vezes vc só quer fazer algo simples e naonpode pq a maioria das pessoas ainda preferem fazer isso na lotérica quando existe meios onlines para fazer. Eu sinceramente só vou lá para jogar (agora jogo mais online) e depositar ou sacar dinheiro (o que faço pouco pq uso mais os meios eletrônicos).
Mas amo as atentendes, são super simpáticas e atenciosas.
It would be nice if they reformed the place, it looks unpleasant. And they could put more people in attendance (when the pandemic is over) sometimes the lines are long and sometimes you just want to do something simple and you can't do it because most people still prefer to do it in the lottery when there are online ways to do it. I honestly only go there to play (now I play more online) and deposit or withdraw money (which I do a little because I use more electronic means).
But I love the attentions, they are super friendly and attentive.
