★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, combinei com o vendedor de entregar na segunda-feira, pois a senhora de mais de 70 anos, dona do material tem deficiência auditiva e assim iriam me ligar. No sábado recebi uma ligação dizendo que já tinham ido na sexta e que não tinha ninguém, se poderiam ir lá, eu expliquei e pedi pra seguir o combinado. Hoje foram fazer a entrega e somente no local disseram que não subiam dois vãos de escada. Absurdo... só tem tamanho a empresa e nenhum profissionalismo.
Very bad, I arranged with the seller to deliver on Monday, because the lady over 70 years old, owner of the material has hearing impairment and so they would call me. On Saturday I received a call saying that they had already gone on Friday and that there was no one, if they could go there, I explained and asked to follow the agreement. Today they went to make the delivery and only in the place they said that two stairwells did not go up. Absurd ... only the company has size and no professionalism.

Com bons preços e boa variedade.
Mais o local de retirada dos materiais simplesmente fecha para o almoço e só tem uma pessoa trabalhando.
Fiquei na porta mais de 1 hora esperando o único funcionário chegar e nada.
Detalhe que o galpão é enorme e muito bem localizado, não justifica uma economia tão porção em ter apenas 1 funcionário nesse tamanho de estrutura.
It has a good structure in the store in the center.
With good prices and good variety.
But the place for the collection of materials simply closes for lunch and there is only one person working.
I was at the door for over 1 hour waiting for the only employee to arrive and nothing.
Note that the shed is huge and very well located, it does not justify such savings in having only 1 employee in this size of structure.
