★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa com 06 cadeiras em setembro de 2018 e paguei a vista e com poucos meses a cadeira quebrou com meu esposo que tem uma prótese ouve a troca. Reclamei logo em seguida que tinha mais cadeira com defeito. Hoje eu levei o maior tombo da cadeira e machuquei a perna esquerda. Pra mim uma cadeira tem que ter uma durabilidade maior em uma casa com três adultos.
 I bought a table with 06 chairs in September 2018 and paid the view and within a few months the chair broke with my husband who has a prosthesis hears the exchange. Os móveis foram entregues no dia 27/02 e a montagem realizada no mesmo dia!!!

Enrolaram e enrolaram pra resolver, queriam colocar o mesmo montador de móveis para consertar a parede e eu neguei aceitar esta pessoa sem qualquer profissionalismo e confiança na minha casa. Levei um pintor de confiança, paguei pelo reparo e depois de gastar mais de 2250 reais na loja, a mesma se recusa a pagar o orçamento de R$167 para conserto da parede. Agendei atendimento no Procon e seguirei com processo contra a empresa.

Segunda vez que compro e não compro e nem indico mais.
Pra vender são ótimos.
Mas na entrega e montagem são Péssima.
Pós venda Péssima e desrespeito com o cliente.
Entrega com mercadoria faltando.
Montador inexperiente e sem ajudante, meu marido quem teve que escorar armário nos ombros para ele conseguir instalar.
Marcaram comigo que montaria todos os itens de 3 as 6, e não conseguiram montar nem 2 itens completos.
Fui reclamar do montador a mocinha que me atendeu foi grossa e diz que o que o montador prometeu não é problema da loja, enfim péssimo atendimento.
