Não cumprem prazo de entrega, usam sempre a mesma desculpa " a mercadoria já está no caminhão", e se vc pedir pra falar com o gerente, vai ficar na linha até a ligação cair. E nao adianta tentar novamente, eles nao vão atender. Dizem que vão retornar com alguma satisfação e....nada! O quê esperar de quem não tem compromisso com o cliente?!!! Lamentável. Indo lá cancelar a compra.
 There is no respect for the customer in the after sale. They do not meet the delivery deadline, they always use the same excuse "the goods are already in the truck", and if you ask to speak to the manager, you will stay on the line until the call goes down. And there's no point trying again, they won't answer. They say they will return with some satisfaction and .... nothing! What to expect from those who have no commitment to the customer? !!! Unfortunate. Going there to cancel the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento de venda, péssimo atendimento pós venda, principalmente em relação a montagem dos móveis a qual solicitei e deixei claro que apenas compraria se pudessem montar com urgência, o que não aconteceu como acordado. Esperei um retorno por 4 dias e precisei pagar por conta própria a montagem, péssimo comprometimento.
Great sales service, terrible after sales service, especially regarding the assembly of the furniture that I requested and made it clear that I would only buy if they could assemble urgently, which did not happen as agreed. I waited for a return for 4 days and had to pay the assembly on my own, a terrible commitment.
