★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.01.2020 comprei um buquê com 12 rosas e o buquê veio com pouquíssimas folhagens e chuviscos, o que deixou o buquê super magrinho e num tamanho desproporcional, tanto que o buquê veio todo frouxo dentro do celofane. Ainda bem que pedi para me entregar antes, do contrário teria passado vergonha com a pessoa que iria presentear. Lógico que não darei à pessoa o presente. Encomendei por telefone achando que iria ser prático, me frustrei! Faz parte!
21.01.2020 I bought a bouquet with 12 roses and the bouquet came with very few leaves and drizzles, which made the bouquet super thin and in a disproportionate size, so much so that the bouquet came loose inside the cellophane. I'm glad I asked to give myself up earlier, otherwise I would have been ashamed of the person I was going to give it to. Of course, I won't give the person the gift. I ordered by phone thinking it would be practical, I got frustrated! It's part of it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um buquê de rosas hoje dia 05/03/2021 e chegou na minha residência às 17:20. As rosas vieram queimadas e com as pétalas caindo e abertas. Às 20:30 do mesmo dia as rosas vermelhas marcharam. Nunca mais voltarei a comprar nesta empresa. Falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente. A ética e fundamental para o crescimento de uma empresa. Fica um alerta para os demais que forem comprar nessa empresa.
I bought a bouquet of roses today 05/03/2021 and arrived at my residence at 17:20. The roses came burnt and with the petals falling and open. At 8:30 pm on the same day the red roses marched. I will never buy from this company again. Lack of respect and consideration for the customer. Ethics is fundamental to the growth of a company. It is an alert for others who are going to buy in this company.
