E qndo precisei trocar essa menina branquinha que fica postando fotos e fica no caixa foi super mal educada.. grossa e não trocou por que no cartão visita que a vendedora me deu após eu ter pago. Tem umas letrinha minúscula dizendo que não fazem troca. Absurdo! A vendedora e a pessoa do caixa tem que DEIXAR CLARO QUE NÃO FAZEM TROCA. pessoas antiprofissional.. despreparadas. Decepção.. Não compro mais e nen indico a ninguém.
I do not recommend. I had a terrible after sale. I bought 250 reais in this store, the seller did not warn me that they did not exchange. And when I had to change this white girl who keeps posting photos and stays at the checkout, she was super rude .. she was thick and didn't change because of the business card the saleswoman gave me after I paid. There are some tiny letters saying that they do not exchange. Absurd! The seller and the cashier have to LEAVE CLEAR THAT THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE. unprofessional people .. unprepared. Disappointment .. I don't buy more and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Atendimento péssimo, as vendedoras são super antipáticas, precisam de uma reciclagem urgente. Nunca vi uma loja não fazer troca das peças pq informam que na loja tem provador, e se for presente?! As lojas de departamento também tem provadores e dão 90 dias para trocar. Talvez esteja precisando de uma fiscalização. Precisam melhorar muuuito ?

Terrible service, the sellers are super obnoxious, they need urgent recycling. I've never seen a store not exchange parts because they say that the store has a dressing room, and if it's present?! Department stores also have dressing rooms and give 90 days to change. Maybe it needs an inspection. They need to improve a lot ?
