TERRIBLE! I SENT A GOODS DAY 06/11 UNTIL TODAY (11/28) DID NOT REACH THE RECIPIENT. THEY EXTRACTED THE GOODS TO A THIRD STATE AND EVERY DAY LESS INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE ERROR.
POOR IN ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WORK WITH THEM NO MORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa! Usei três vezes já, (e não usarei mais) em todas as vezes tive de ir buscar a encomenda no Centro de Distribuição da Empresa. Parece que eles não conversam entre eles ou desorganização como lema da empresa. O que combinam com vc por telefone não vale nada, você contrata o serviço, combina como ele vai ser: Retirada em um Dia, entrega no outro. E nada da mercadoria aparecer. Aí você liga lá e a resposta foi "não deu para entregar". Eu queria dar zero estrelas, mas o Google obriga a dar 1. Nitidamente não recomendo a empresa!!! Único ponto positivo lá é que são educados, sempre fui atendido com cortesia. Mas longe de resolverem meu problema.
Terrible company! I used it three times already, (and I will not use it any more) at all times I had to pick up the order at the Company Distribution Center. It seems they do not talk to each other or clutter as the company motto. What combines with you over the phone is not worth anything, you hire the service, it combines as it will be: Withdrawal in one Day, delivery in the other. And nothing of the commodity appears. Then you call there and the answer was "could not deliver." I wanted to give zero stars, but Google forces it to give 1. I clearly do not recommend the company !!! Only positive point there is that they are polite, always courteous. But far from solving my problem.
