★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem pela segunda vez. A comida sem dúvida é muito boa, isso é indiscutível. O serviço foi ótimo, com os pratos saindo rapidamente e o atendimento atencioso dos garçons, totalmente o oposto da primeira vez que fui quando a casa estava lotada devido ao aniversário da mesma.
Mas um restaurante não é apenas comida (apesar de ser o mais importante) e pelo nível de preço cobrado (facilmente passa dos R$ 200,00 por cabeça) alguns detalhes não podem ser ignorados.
Existe apenas um banheiro unissex e quando o local está cheio é comum ocorrerem filas.
Além disso, ontem o disjuntor elétrico desarmou e optaram por desligar o ar condicionado, o que no calor do verão de BH torna complicado a permanência no salão. Como quantidade de mesas externas é limitada restou a opção de ficar dentro da sauna.
Por fim, fazem o fechamento manual das contas o que demora e por desconfiança, acaba nos forçando a refazer o somatório nós mesmo.
Resumindo: A comida é muito boa, quando a casa está vazia o serviço é bom mas pelo preço cobrado existem melhores opções em BH.
I went yesterday for the second time. The food is certainly very good, this is indisputable. The service was great, with dishes coming out quickly and the attentive service of waiters, quite the opposite of the first time I went when the house was crowded due to the anniversary of the same.
But a restaurant is not just food (despite being the most important) and the price level charged (easily passes from R $ 200.00 per head) some details can not be ignored.
There is only one unisex bathroom and when the place is full it is common to occur queues.
In addition, yesterday the circuit breaker tripped and have chosen to turn off the air conditioning, which in BH summer heat makes it difficult to stay in the lounge. As amount of outdoor seating is limited left the option to stay inside the sauna.
Finally, make the manual closing of accounts which takes and suspicion, just forcing us to redo the sum ourselves.
In short: The food is very good, when the house is empty the service is good but the price charged there are better options in BH.

Eu e meu esposo fomos dia 12/02 chegamos aproximadamente as 21:30h, esperamos cerca de 30 min na fila (até aí tudo bem) quando sentamos, demorou cerca de 40 minutos para fazer o pedido, devido a organização dos garçons. Trata-se de um lugar pequeno, seis garçons, aproximadamente 50 pessoas. Mesmo assim chamamos os garçons, eles não voltavam, não davam retorno, mas enfim fizemos o pedido. Pedi uma massa e me disseram que não dava mais tempo de ser preparada . Fiz outro pedido. Jarret de porco e cupim. Após pouco mais de uma hora, depois de chamarmos inúmeras vezes vários garçons, pedindo explicacoes/previsao pois caso fosse demorar podíamos optar por ir embora ou pedir outro prato.. enfim.. eles só enrolaram a gente ou pior nem voltavam pra responder. Total desrespeito com oo cliente. Por fim depois de ter saído de uma vez uns 6 pratos de clientes que chegaram depois, perguntamos o que havia acontecido e aí disseram que houve erro da cozinha e que iriam trazer de cortesia uma coxinha. Fomos servidos meia noite, sendo que o cupim estava sem gosto e o jarret muito salgado. Total decepção. Um restaurante que cobra 70,00 no prato não tem preparo nenhum no atendimento ao cliente.
Bad experience. My husband and I went on 02/12, we arrived at approximately 9:30 pm, we waited about 30 minutes in line (so far so good) when we sat down, it took about 40 minutes to order, due to the organization of the waiters. It's a small place, six waiters, approximately 50 people. Even so, we called the waiters, they didn't come back, they didn't return, but we finally made the order. I asked for a pasta and they told me there was no more time to prepare it. I placed another order. Pork hock and termite. After just over an hour, after calling several waiters several times, asking for explanations/forecast because if it was going to be a long time, we could choose to leave or order another dish. Total disrespect for the customer. Finally, after having left at once about 6 dishes of customers who arrived later, we asked what had happened and then they said that there was a mistake in the kitchen and that they would bring a free coxinha. We were served at midnight, the termites being tasteless and the jarret very salty. Total disappointment. A restaurant that charges 70.00 on the plate has no preparation in customer service.

Without a doubt, the restaurant in Belo Horizonte with the best service. The dishes are excellent, it's the fifth time I've been here and each time I'm more surprised.

O cardápio não tinha dois itens que meu marido queria tivemos que mudar a opção.. E o salmão que eu pedi parecia requentado, muito passado e seco... No mais é isso.. Esperava muito mais rs
Nice place, but I expected much more due to the expectations created by the posts and recommendations. Perfect service. The menu didn't have two items that my husband wanted, we had to change the option.. And the salmon I ordered seemed reheated, very overcooked and dry... What's more, I expected much more lol
