 The name instead of being A2 should be A71, they used my cartridge and did not solve the printer problem, pass away from this store !! ALL 71

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficou 1 semana para fazer um orçamento de qual era o problema do meu notebook e mesmo assim não fizeram o diagnóstico correto. Após 2 semanas sem resposta sobre o meu conserto entrei em contato para obter a resposta que o problema do meu PC era na placa mãe.
Só tive essa resposta porque liguei, se dependesse a A2 não teria informação alguma.
Além disso, o atendimento da Sra Márcia é horrível. Não tem funcionários capacitados para te atender. O único que entende de informática é o Sr. Eduardo e na sua ausência a loja poderia fechar.
It took 1 week to make a budget of what was the problem with my notebook and even so they didn't make the correct diagnosis. After 2 weeks with no response about my repair I got in touch to get the answer that my PC problem was with the motherboard.
I only got this answer because I called, if it depended on A2 I wouldn't have any information.
Besides, Ms. Márcia's service is horrible. It does not have qualified employees to assist you. The only one who understands information technology is Mr. Eduardo and in his absence the store could close.
